Kate Klunk

Representative Kate Klunk has the professional experience to ensure high quality constituent services and proper representation in the General Assembly. She was an intern for United States Representative Todd Platts, before working on the National Economic Council and Office of Communications offices during the Bush Administration. Then, she became a private practice attorney, counseling small businesses, individuals, educational institutions, and corporations in employment matters. Klunk is a Conservative, pro-life, Republican, and a member of the St. Mark Lutheran Church, National Rifle Association, and The Federalist Society. Some of her accomplishments since joining the House of Representatives in 2015 include: voted against tax increases, combating domestic violence with the “Laurie’s and Barbara’s Law,” passed pension reform to save money, aided nonprofits and community organizations to raise additional funding, and supported legislation to help veterans, among other achievements.
