2018 Women Candidates of PA
Party Affiliation: Democrat
With an explosion of concerns across the political spectrum, Sarah Donnelly pledges to work every day with one driving question: “What can I do to improve things for the people of the 107th District and the people of Pennsylvania?” Her top priorities are jobs, balancing the state budget and increase revenue streams, and funding public schools and higher education. Donnelly previously worked as an auditor for the State of Pennsylvania, before working at the Waksman Institute at Rutgers University for 26 years. Currently, she lives in Elysburg with her wife, and works in the Accounting Office at the Bloomsburg University Foundation. She has created plans addressing energy diversification, the state budget, public school performance, the minimum wage, sensible gun laws, legalization of recreational marijuana, and economic revitalization.
