Free Business Counseling and Technical Assistance

Face-to-face, online, and phone business counseling sessions are available for aspiring and existing business owners by appointment. Technical assistance is also available for returning clients only in the areas of management, digital marketing, accounting, exporting, legal, HR, and diversity certifications.

Complete a counseling request form

To schedule an appointment at Chatham's Women's Business Center (CWBC), please fill out a request form. Once the form has been completed and submitted, the webpage will display a link to schedule your session. Please do not close your browser window until you have clicked on the link to schedule your session.

If you have never before received a counseling session from the CWBC or have received counseling but wish to discuss a different business, please fill out the new client form. If you have previously completed a CWBC counseling session, please fill out the returning client form.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

CWBC provides business counseling and technical assistance counseling at no fee to our clients. Once you make your appointment you will receive an email confirmation and two email reminders at 72 hours and 48 hours before your appointment at which time you will have the opportunity if needed to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours and no-shows will be billed a $20 cancellation/no-show fee.
