Community Feedback
One of the most important steps in the search process is to develop a deep understanding of Chatham, as it is today, and as it prepares to move into the future. To help accomplish this goal, the search process includes a community survey and a series of virtual and in-person input sessions for campus community groups. Community Survey
All Chatham community members are invited to participate in a survey about the search for the next president. This survey is designed to gather thoughts about what makes the institution such a special place, the vision for the future, and the attributes sought in the next president. The feedback received will help inform the search, including the search profile, which outlines the preferred professional experiences, essential values, and personal characteristics of our next president.
The survey closed on November 23.
