This 6-week program will help you develop a comprehensive business plan for your business.
This program is targeted to existing businesses and well developed business concepts.
Dates: Six Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7:30 PM starting March 2 until April 13, 2021 (No class April 6)
The fall program will be offered Online Only at a reduced rate of $75 (includes a 3-month license for the software).

Required: Zoom capable device and internet access.

You will work through all the major components of writing a plan and emerge with the first draft in hand. Breaking Down the Business Plan will utilize the software program LivePlan and your registration will include a 3-month license for the software.

This program takes a deep dive into each section of the business plan with a concentration on financial projections, what are they, and how to create them. Topics covered will include: strategy, scaling, target markets, competition, marketing & sales, operations & metrics, accounting, forecasting, financial statements, strategic planning, financing, pitching, and more.
