Join the Eden Hall Campus for an intimate farm to fork dinner with the themes of Mint and Middle Eastern Cuisine emphasizing locally sourced ingredients, featuring the Eden Hall Farm.

Cash Bar will open at 6:30 and the First Course will be served at 7:00pm

The Menu Includes:
Starter: Family style – Dips Trio – Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Muhummara with homemade pita & lavash, Eden Hall Squash Falafel with Harissa Aioli with Mint Yogurt
1st course: Eden Hall Mixed Greens with Fried Halumi, Pomegranate, Walnut & Mint Lemon Dressing
2nd course: Trio Tasting Plate of: Lamb Tagine, Beef Cabob, & Chicken Shawarma with Saffron Cous Cous
3rd course: Mango-rosewater Semifreddo with a minted pistachio dust
Cash Bar featuring: beer, wine, 1 signature drink & a featured “boozy” popsicle
Bar also featuring a complementary snack of Fried Mint-spiced Chick Peas
