Join the Eden Hall Campus for an intimate farm to fork dinner emphasizing locally sourced ingredients with the themes of Basil and Italian Cuisine featuring Parma Sausage.

Cash Bar will open at 6:30 and the First Course will be served at 7:00pm

The Menu Includes:
Starter: Family style – charcuterie board(s) in center of table, smoked mozzarella & basil arancini
1st course: Tasting of: Summer Caprese Salad with melon, basil & tomato - & - Basil, & Kale soup Rustic Farm Bread with Basil compound butter
2nd course: Porchetta served over a bed of fresh Basil Pasta with aglio e olio sauce
3rd course: Basil Panna cotta with Strawberry Sauce & Candied Prosciutto Crumble
Cash Bar featuring: beer, wine, 1 signature drink & a featured “boozy” popsicle
Bar also featuring a complementary snack of basil salted popcorn
