As the Farm Manager for Greater Washington County Food Bank, Morgan works to grow food for the community using the best sustainable methods available. They also teach students, community members, and aspiring farmers about agriculture. As part of Morgan's work they also recruit and manage volunteers and seek funding, such as grants.

This series of Just Action Talks is offered at a 6th grade level of vocabulary. They are intended for K-12 students, and are open to any age. These informational interviews are intended to expose students to the variety of jobs available in the field of sustainability. After the adult describes a normal day at their job, what they love about their job, its challenges and what it took to get there for about 15 minutes, the dialogue becomes open to Q & A. Chatham students are welcome to attend. Please try to keep vocabulary at a 6th grade level while asking questions to help make the workshop age inclusive.
