2020 Día de los Muertos: Discuss how to cope with grief, celebrate life, and honor both

Join us for the second virtual event in our 2020 Día de los Muertos event series! Dr. Elsa Arce from Counseling Services will lead a discussion on how to cope with grief, celebrate life, and honor both. Spanish faculty Mildred López will explain how women in Piura - Peru cope with the loss of children, and help each other as a community across generations. A decorative Monarca butterfly craft will be made. A Zoom link will be sent to those registered prior to the event. These events are hosted as part of Chatham's Latinx Heritage Month celebrations and organized by Modern Languages, the JKM Library, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Counseling Services.
