Join Nancy Siegel, a nationally recognized presenter, instructor and teacher trainer specializing in Mindfulness Education, for an experiential and scientifically evidence-based mindfulness workshop. Learn how mindfulness can benefit you and those around you during difficult times. You will learn simple and easy to use mindfulness exercises to enhance your daily life. You will walk away feeling calmer and more centered and better equipped to manage life stressors.

Biography:

Nancy Siegel has a Master's in Educational Leadership and is an Educational Consultant specializing in Mindfulness Education. She is a nationally recognized presenter, teacher trainer and instructor and began her career in the early childhood classroom. For the past 20 years she has created yoga and mindfulness inspired as well as educationally and scientifically based programming that has resonated with school leaders, educators, parents, children and executives. In her work with educators she advocates, nurtures and supports teacher learning, development and growth. Her track record shows that she has what it takes to help make a good teacher great and a great teacher even greater.

She proudly graduated from Chatham College in 1981 with a self-designed major in Moral Education and a minor in Ballet. Nancy was thrilled to have been able to cross-register at both Carnegie Mellon (for education) as well as Point Park (for ballet) and is so grateful to have been given such rich and wonderful undergraduate educational opportunities that launched and shaped her career
