District: PA-28

Party Affiliation: Republican

Kristin Phillips-Hill

Kristin Phillips-Hill has dedicated most of her adult life to public service and making communities stronger. Over the past 27 years, Kristin has been an active member in her neighborhood by serving on various athletic booster clubs, parent organizations, and church groups. In 2011, Kristin was elected to the Dallastown school board for seeking fiscal responsibility and educational excellence. While on the Board, she fought against tax increases, worked to keep spending in check, and improved educational outcomes. Then, in 2015, Kristin was elected as State Representative. While there, she listened to the people she represented, made their agenda her agenda, and quickly made a name for herself by working on the issues important to them: property tax elimination, fighting tax increases, improving education, and introducing bills making Pennsylvania more business friendly. Kristin Phillips-Hill is a principled conservative running for State Senate to continue to represent the needs and wants of her constituents first.
