Are you ready to transform your business and grow as an entrepreneur? Is it time to work on your business rather than just in your business? Are you seeking to expand your business knowledge in a supportive environment?

Less than 2% of women-owned businesses grow their businesses to the $1 million mark. With thoughtful planning, dynamic strategies and perseverance, this milestone can be reached.

Applications are now open for the inaugural cohort of Roadmap to $1MM+ a new innovative program designed for women entrepreneurs with product or service-based businesses in the Greater Pittsburgh Region that have surpassed the startup phase and are actively seeking to grow their businesses to $1million mark and beyond.

In this six-month program, participants will gain the knowledge, know-how and networks to unlock their growth potential while focusing on the critical areas successful business owners must master. Participants will create their own tailored Roadmap focused on one of three topic areas: human resources and employee management, business planning and certification, and financial management and funding.

This innovative program provides a tailored growth curriculum, peer-to-peer mentoring through cohort meet-ups, one-on-one coaching with hand-selected mentors, entrepreneurial training through the Chatham's Women's Business Center, and a year-long membership to the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship immersive networking opportunities.

+Become a Mentor

The Center's Roadmap to $1MM+ program offers opportunities for experienced business owners and professionals to engage with and enhance the work of women entrepreneurs in our community. We are seeking dynamic individuals to join us as mentors for this six-month Roadmap to $1MM+ program. Each participant will be assigned a mentor to aid in their growth and learning.

Mentors are asked to meet with their mentee either in-person or virtually once per month over a six-month period. The program facilitator will assist in keeping mentors up-to-date regarding monthly session topics and participant progress.

Please note that while we greatly appreciate all offers to share time and expertise as mentors, due to the volume of mentor applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to each mentor applicant.
