Rosemary is a passionate pharmacist and entrepreneur who graduated from Duquesne University with a PharmD in 2011. During her studies, she discovered a love for compounding, which would shape her career. After six years in other specialties, she joined Hieber's Pharmacy part-time with the goal of eventually owning the store. In 2019, while eight months pregnant, she achieved that dream by purchasing the pharmacy.
Navigating the challenges of the pandemic while welcoming her second son in 2021, Rosemary demonstrated resilience and commitment to her community. In 2024, she proudly opened a new compounding lab in the vibrant Strip District, further enhancing her ability to provide personalized pharmaceutical care.

As the Founder and CEO of Hoffmann Murtaugh, Shea has built the largest media only agency in Pittsburgh. With no capital or agency experience, Shea started the company in 2004 and is now one of the fastest growing integrated marketing agencies in the city today. Shea not only leads the agency’s strategic vision, but also oversees key client relationships and business development.
Shea’s media career began in broadcast sales where she realized that she could do more to help clients, so she founded Hoffmann Murtaugh. Throughout her career, Shea’s philosophy has been to deliver actionable results that maximize her clients’ budget, while creating a true partnership with them. That philosophy has continually helped her to expand the company, most recently adding offices in Harrisburg, Cleveland, and Rochester.
Outside of work, Shea owns a commercial real estate business, Virtual Real Estate and a property management company, WorkLive and is currently working on a downtown Pittsburgh mixed use project that will house condos with a shareable office space that condo residents can work and live in the same place. Shea is involved with several non-profit organizations in the city including the Executive Board member of the Pittsburgh Film Office, Member of Community Board of CORE, Member of the Allegheny Conference, FBI Citizens Academy, RiverLife, and more. A graduate of Duquesne University, Shea and her husband Jim, reside in Sewickley, PA with their three rescued wiener dogs, Rueben, Brutus and Oliver.
