Graduate Housing

Chatham University provides limited on-campus housing options on  Shadyside Campus and on Eden Hall Campus for graduate students. There are also a variety of local housing options near the Shadyside Campus that are within walking distance or a short Port Authority bus ride, and School of Health Sciences graduate students have access to a unique inter-generational housing partnership at Vincentian Schenley Gardens near Shadyside Campus.

  • May 1: New Student Housing Application Priority Consideration Deadline
  • June 1: New Student Guaranteed Housing Application Deadline
  • August 18: New Student (First-Year & Transfer) Move-In  (details will be emailed to students)
  • August 21: Returning Student Move-In (details will be emailed to returning students)
  • December 10: Residence Halls & Apartments close for winter break at 8:00 p.m.
  • January 4: Residence Halls & Apartments open for Spring 2022 term at 9:00 a.m.
  • April 23: Residence Halls & Apartments close for non-graduating students at Noon
  • April 25: Residence Halls & Apartments close for graduating student at Noon

Anderson Dining Hall Renovation

Anderson Dining Hall will be fully renovated to increase seating capacity and provide a better experience for Chatham community diners. Due to the COVID pandemic, this project is currently on hold.
