BIOGRAPHY

Kip Soteres is a change communications expert with 20 years of experience in high-tech, banking, manufacturing, service, and health care industries. In that time, he has won Gold Quill and Silver Anvil awards from the International Association of Business Communicators and the Public Relations Society of America, respectively, for change communications targeting large employee populations. His communications have supported change efforts with significantly higher success rates than industry standards. His approach focuses on simplified messages that empower leaders to lead more effectively. Better communications support successful change by preserving employee trust and making change more clear, actionable, and measurable. This model has worked in organizations ranging from international tech companies to regional insurers. It has been successfully deployed in high-change, high-pressure environments including the 2001 crash in Silicon Valley, 2009 banking reform and the introduction of the Affordable Care Act.
