BIOGRAPHY

Talia Amoyal is an adjunct faculty member in the Kinesiology Department at Chatham University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Exercise Science. She has nearly a decade of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. Her professional background includes working with athletes, active adults, and individuals returning to activity after injury, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based training and long-term health.

Talia is passionate about teaching and helping students understand how kinesiology principles apply to real-world movement, performance, and wellness. She strives to make complex concepts accessible and practical, encouraging students to think critically and develop confidence in both their knowledge and abilities. Through her combined experience as an educator and coach, she aims to support students in building a strong foundation for careers in health, fitness, and human performance.
