Join the Eden Hall Campus for an intimate farm to table dinner emphasizing locally sourced ingredients with themes of Thyme and French Cuisine, featuring Goat Rodeo Cheese.

Our "Spirited Bar" will open at 6:30 p.m. and the First Course will be served at 7:00 p.m..

The Menu Includes:
Starter: Family style - cheese board(s) in center of table, Mini Croque-Monsieur
1st course: Green Salad featuring EH Vegetables, preserved lemon-thyme vinaigrette, with a warm Chevre & Asparagus soufflé Baguette with Thyme compound butter
2nd course: Braised Short Rib with Hootenanny aligot potatoes & Orange-thyme roasted carrots
3rd course: Chicabiddy tart with grilled stone fruit, honey-thyme syrup & pistachio dust

Two "spirited" beverages are included in the price. Bar will also be featuring a complementary snack of Bamboozle Beignets with thyme sugar
(Registration fee includes two drinks from the bar.)
