Letter from Enrollment
Like schools around the country, including perhaps your own, Chatham has transitioned our academic programs to a virtual and online learning environment for the rest of the semester. This change has allowed our students to move forward with their education and goals, while protecting the health and safety of our students and the larger community.
We have also shifted to a remote work environment for the majority of campus, including our Enrollment Management office. Our admission team and financial aid counselors are available to assist you and your family via phone, e-mail, and Zoom virtual meetings for anything you may need during this time.
While we have currently suspended all campus admission visits and events, we have put together a variety of opportunities for virtual information sessions, “visits” and other events that will allow you to continue to engage with Chatham in different ways. We will also share a variety of web, e-mail and other digital resources over the coming days and weeks to assist you with the admission process during this historic and unprecedented time.
We recognize that these are challenging and difficult days with so much unknown about what the next few weeks, let alone the start of college or graduate school in the fall, may hold. Our hearts go out to those directly affected by this virus and those dealing with economic hardship and uncertainty caused by the disruption to our economy and society. Please know that Chatham is ready to help, advise and support you and your family now or in the future when you are ready.
I’m optimistic that history has shown that these days will be behind us at some point, and we look forward to celebrating that time with everyone on campus again soon.
All my best,
Amy M. Becher
Vice-President of Enrollment Management
