Centre Avenue Suites is a short drive, walk, or bus ride from Chatham. The location is close to UPMC Shadyside Hospital and other convenient healthcare, grocery, dining, and retail locations. Residents can also take advantage of nearby Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) routes.

Here are more details about this new housing option for our graduate students:

• Spans six floors, with over 40 one-bedroom suites.
• Provides a large community kitchen, dining area, laundry room, common lounges, a small fitness room, and a study spaces.
• The building is secured with badge access and cameras.
• All suites include basic furnishings and utilities and are air-conditioned.
• Basic internet, streaming, and wireless access are included (students can add additional bandwidth, cable, or other services separately from Comcast).
• Single or double-occupancy options are available.

Graduate students in the School of Health Sciences will have priority access to this housing option for the 24-25 academic year, and we are accepting applications and housing deposits through the end of August.
